The picklist is a list of items that are to be picked from shelves/bins to fulfill sale orders.

A Picklist can be created for a single or for multiple fulfillments.

A Picklist can only be created for a facility that has the 'picklist' option enabled in the facility settings.

Status of a Picklist

Each picklist contains a list of fulfillments. Each fulfillment contains a packing list.

The status of a picklist is:

  • Open – Indicates a picklist is created and the picking process is to be initiated. You can add or remove fulfillments from a picklist at this stage.

  • In-Progress: Individual items can be in-progress, picked, or missing. Each item that is picked is marked in the list. When all items are picked, the entire picklist is marked as 'picked'.

  • Complete: All items have been picked.

  • Void – To cancel a picklist. Only an open picklist can be voided (cancelled).

Status of a fulfillment in a picklist-

  • Fulfilled – when picklist is open

  • Picking – when picklist is in progress

  • Picked – (when all items of fulfillment in a picklist are scanned – and when the picklist is completed).

Packing Slip

A packing slip contains the list of items that need to be packed for each fulfillment. Every fulfillment has its own unique packing slip.
