Main Menu -> Catalog -> Master Catalog -> Bundles
Bundles are a set of SKUs made up of other SKUs, used when selling multiple products and/or their variations. Bundles can be of two types:
Bundles of the same SKU: You can create a bundle of the same SKU with multiple quantities. You can thus sell, say a pack of 6, of a product.
Bundles with different SKUs: You can create a bundle of different SKUs. For example, you can create a combo of a t-shirt and trousers or a table and 4 chairs.
Adding Bundles in Primaseller
There are two ways to add bundles -
Add new bundle SKU: You can manually add bundles by including details such as Bundle SKU name, Bundle SKU code, and Category.
Under SKU, you can search them by name or code. Provide the bundle SKU pricing and click on Save.
Upload via CSV: This allows you to upload multiple Bundle SKUs using a CSV file upload.
Bundle SKU actions
You have three actions for the Bundle SKU.
1) Edit: To edit the details in a bundle SKU.
2) History: All changes made to the bundle SKU are recorded and clicking on 'History' will show you its history log.
3) Archive: You can archive a bundle SKU when you longer wish to use it. It won’t be available for sale once archived.
How Inventory works with bundles.
Bundles do not have an inventory of their own, their inventory is sourced from their underlying SKUs.
The stock quantity of a bundle refers to the possibility of the bundle from available product quantities, and not pre-packaged bundles. This means that the individual items in a bundle are stocked independently and can be sold on their own as well as in a bundle. A choice to assemble the bundle can be made if the order demands it.
If you have bundles that are always pre-packaged and the items are never sold individually, then we recommend that you treat them as standard SKUs and NOT bundles.
To check the inventory of the bundle please navigate to
Main Menu -> Inventory -> Bundle Stock.
Select the facility and the available stock for your bundle SKUs will be displayed.
