You can add the payment methods of your choice to accept and refund payments against your orders.

Some commonly used payment methods are Cash, Card, Credit, Cheque, and Bank Transfer. Primaseller also integrates with Stripe and Square to enable digital payments.

Add a new payment method

  • Click on Settings -> Payment Methods.

  • Click on Add Payment Method on the top right of the page.

  • Provide the Name of the Payment method.

  • Select the service provider from the drop-down menu.

  • Click on Save.

Payment Method Mapping in a Channel

This mapping decides which payment methods will be used for a particular channel.

Web stores and Marketplaces

On a webstore or marketplace, you do not have to add a payment method manually. Payment methods are automatically created and mapped as and when new ones are discovered from incoming channels.

POS Store

As you set up your POS store, you can map the payment methods.

  • From the Menu, click on Channel.

  • Click on POS store.

  • Select the POS store(s) for which you would like to make changes.

  • Click on Payment Mapping.

  • Click on Add more Payment methods to select payments that you wish to display.

  • Click on Save.

B2B Channel

  • From the Menu, click on Channel

  • Click on B2B channel.

  • Select any of the B2B channels for which you would like to make changes.

  • Click on Payment Mapping.

  • Click on Add more Payment methods to select payments that you wish to display.

  • Click on Save.
